Fintry Cottage Extention

August / September 2014

This cottage nessling in the Campsie fells just outside Glasgow is in the process of being extended with a 2 storey lounge, kitchen diner and master bedroom suite.

There will be a Home Cinema, HDTV distibution, Data network, Wi-Fi network and TV/Satellite system installed.

1st Fix cabling has been installed and just awaiting walls to be plasterboarded to allow 2nd fix to commence.

 

November 2014

2nd fix was completed in Nov 2014 with a Samsung 65” 4K LEDTV in the lounge area as part of the  Home cinema system. B&W wall mount speakers and Kef slimline centre speaker hung under the TV.

The Yamaha AV Amplifer feeds the cinema in the lounge with Sky HD and Blu-Ray, picture via HD over Cat6e cable, with  fully indypendant audio zones in the Kitchen and Master bedroom via Bose ceiling speakers. Audio is provided via the clients exsisting Linn audio streamer and NAS storage device.

The Master bedroom also has access the Sky HD box via HD over cat6e cabling.

Full access to the internet has been supplied via an cabled Cat5e network and Wifi via an high powered Luxul access point, with outstanding signal levels thoughtout the whole property.
