Perthshire Project

This 1800s former Manse went through a major transformation after it was purchased by its new owners in 2025.
In partnership with Homes and Interiors, our interior design partners ,we transformed what was once an old reception area of this house into a stunning, dedicated Cinema room.

A 100" LG QNED TV installed at the heart of a Halo Frame with a stretched, acoustically transparent fabric wall, all paired with a Dolby Atmos Sonos sound system. Helped to create a fully immersive cinema experience for the whole family to enjoy.

The room lighting was redesigned to include colour temperature changing LED strip lighting, within the new custom made shelving unit and Halo Frame. This same style of lighting was also installed around the picture rail, to highlight the stunning period features on the ceiling. With all lighting controlled by Rako, with scene set controller and IOS app control.

We also established a robust, whole home wired and Wifi 7 wireless network, to make sure every area of this home was fully connected.

A new gym area was formed in the attic space with TV, Sonos speakers and LED strip lighting fitted around mirrors, wall mounted onto a brand new feature wall.

Lastly, the existing security system was given a complete refresh with a new control panel, new sensors throughout and connected to the network for full app control.
